Initial Assessment & Planning

Every restoration journey begins with a thorough, expert evaluation of your vehicle's current condition. Based on this detailed assessment and your specific goals and budget, we develop a comprehensive, tailored restoration plan outlining every step and expected outcome.

Disassembly & Documentation

With meticulous care, the vehicle is carefully disassembled. Each part is catalogued, photographed, and documented extensively. This crucial stage ensures that every nut, bolt, and panel is accounted for, allowing for a precise and correct reassembly later in the process. We also identify parts requiring repair, restoration, or replacement.

Metal Work & Body Repair

This stage addresses the vehicle's fundamental structure. Our skilled metalworkers repair or fabricate panels to address rust, corrosion, and damage, bringing the body back to factory-correct shape and alignment. We utilise traditional techniques alongside modern tools to ensure structural integrity and a flawless foundation for the subsequent paint process.

Paint & Finishing

The body is prepared through numerous stages of sanding and priming before receiving its final colour coat, applied in our dust-free spray booth to original specifications. We use high-quality paints and clear coats, followed by meticulous polishing and finishing to achieve a deep, durable, and historically accurate shine.

Mechanical & Electrical Restoration

Beyond cosmetics, the heart and soul of a classic car lie in its mechanical and electrical systems. Engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, and electrical wiring are fully inspected, rebuilt, or restored to ensure reliable performance and safety. Interior & Upholstery
